My garage door broke on Friday night. I called Precision at 8 am on Saturday and was offered a 2 pm appointment on the same day. I had to decline it due to a prior commitment but was very happy with the Sunday at 8 am appointment that I ended up with. The technician, Ethan Tsirulik, showed up on time and got to work immediately. He was very friendly but professional. He gave me many options to choose from and explained the pros and cons of each option and answered all my questions. I could tell he knew his stuff very well. Ethan was super nice to add some extra preventive and safety measures to his repair work. Thanks to Ethan, I feel very good about the current state of my garage doors and know what I need to look out for. They are safe to the people and the cars in there for years to come. Money well spent.

I called Precision Garage Doors as my daughter had used them and liked them. They were courteous on the phone and had a person come the next day. He came and was very knowledgeable and thorough to make sure I understood all my options. He had all the items in his truck and within less than 2 hours had a new opener and key pad.

Exceptional service from the time I called until they arrived, I was continually advised of arrival status. Ryan Patrick Murphy (technician) was extremely knowledgeable and although I had not expected the cost of repair to be so expensive (I never called for service in 30 years). I was very happy with the techs knowledgeable, courteous and professional service. I thought that the price of the repair was high though compared to cost estimates that I was researching online and wasn’t happy that the techs arrived after the scheduled 4 hr time window to perform the repair.

It's not easy to provide good service on a consistent basis. It's also not easy to deliver value to your customers. Precision Door manages to combine both rather well. Their staff is consistently professional, and the quality of their work is outstanding. Tech showed up within 1 hr after we called...amazing. Replaced springs and rollers, and the door never operated as smoothly as it does now. Tech was friendly and explained what he was doing and why. Can’t ask for better service than this.

I had a garage door that was not functioning as smoothly and quietly as it once was. Vince Digerolamo accurately diagnosed the problem, fully explained the issues with the door, and replaced worn components. Now the door is functioning like new! Vince was on time, courteous, very professional, and extremely concerned about me understanding and being comfortable with everything that he explained and was going to do to fix my door. I am very happy with Vince and the work he did.

Called for a repair and they were there next day. When technician Kevin S called ahead to let me know his schedule he rearranged it knowing I had to be somewhere. I appreciate his flexibility. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is the final bill seemed a bit pricey.
