My first contact with Precision was to repair a broken garage door pulley. Precision dispatched technician Ethan Tsirulik to diagnose and repair the problem. Ethan was prompt, courteous and very thorough. During the repair, I asked Ethan for an estimate of what it might cost to replace the garage door and he provided several options for several different models and price ranges. Ethan's professionalism and outstanding customer service were very reassuring and resulted in my decision to proceed with ordering a new garage door. Within just a couple of weeks, Precision had my new garage door made and ready to install. The install team of Andres Londono and Faber Velasquez exhibited the same degree of expertise, professionalism and courtesy that we first experienced with Ethan Tsirulik. As a result, I now have a brand new garage door which not only enhances the appearance of my home, but the new insulated door has helped to make my garage noticeably warmer than in the past. My overall experience with Precision Garage Doors was very favorable from start to finish and I would highly recommend them to anyone considering repairing or replacing a garage door. Their service is exemplary.
