You exceeded my expectations. I wasn't sure when i called that i would even get a "real" person, but i did and at 8:20am. I literally was unable to open my garagae door. I was scheduled for the same day,between 12-4pm. I received a phone call from Brian that he finished his previous job early and could be at my house in 1/2hr, which was 11am. Brian arrived right at 11am and what a knowledge, professional technician he is. He explained,in detail, everything that was wrong, and gave me 3 options of how i could repair it. The whole experience was great. Brian is an exceptional employee. I would definitely recommend your service.

Service Tech was super nice and explained everything in detail. Scheduling was a breeze and they even called to see if they could come early. My only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars was price... seemed to be very pricey. I haven't repaired a garage door before so maybe it's just expensive but WOW, I was very surprised at the price considering it was only an hour of work.

We love our doors The Tech was professional, thorough, neat and did a nice job. Too bad we had to wait soooo long for these doors. The correct color molding was not available and the Tech installed brown while oak colored molding is still on order

I could not have been more pleased with the service provided by Precision. They came on the day and at the time scheduled. George, our technician, went out of his way to figure out how to fix the broken door handle without involving a lot of parts and expense. I would definitely call them again for a repair or have them install a new door when needed.
