Kevin and Saun are fantastic! They diagnosed the problems, explained them clearly to me, gave me four options for each issue. Did Not pressure me in my choices and then fixed everything! Took them about an hour! It was a wonderful experience! The 7 year warranty was a nice surprise.

I was extremely happy with my experience, which was not my first one with Precision. The communication was excellent - I knew when the tech would arrive. Alan was knowledgeable and very polite. He showed me the worn out springs and cables and offered me two service options. The work was done quickly and efficiently. My garage door now glides up and down smoothly — no squeaks, rattles or thuds!

We've been experiencing a large pop/snap noise. It occurs occasionally when we open the garage door. Not when it closes. It is something we have noticed recently. Upon their inspection every part was alright an no glaring issue was found. The servicemen were knowledgeable in explaining information. The pop noise still occurs after the service. If the pop becomes more frequent and louder the servicemen said to reach out again. At this time, they tried all they could, from tightening the bolts, to re anchoring two screws onto the wood beam behind frame. Pop still occurs but like mentioned before all parts are working and sturdy. Service was great and it gave me the confidence to reach out again.

Gedas Bruce did the work over at my house and did a great job. He’s client friendly and gives recommendations for you to have the best lifetime out of your garage door opener. Lou was awesome!!! I informed Lou we were planning on replacing our garage door in the near future. Lou offered to do whatever I thought was best! There was no pressure to upgrade my service. I appreciated this, but after a conversation with Lou about what the door needed to be safe and functional for my family I decided to upgrade my service. The knowledge was very much appreciated, and the lack of of pressure to upgrade was also very welcomed. I will my contacting Lou for my future garage door needs.
