David P. was our installer, and he was great! He came to replace our garage door opener. He gave our old one a complete inspection, gave us several different options, ( we chose to replace the old opener). He showed us the different openers he had to choose from, and had the install done quickly. Would definitely recommend Precision for any garage door issues.

We were having trouble with our 12 year old garage door opener. I called Precision Door Service and they came out first thing the next morning. Their techs explained everything in detail and identified our problem. Our decided option was to replace the garage door opener with a brand new unit. We are very pleased with the product and the service that was provided. The installers Brain and Ryan did an excellent job and are a credit to the company. Thanks Precision Door Service. Precision was able to respond to our repair job the next day. Rob provided a quote within 20 minutes of arriving and within an hour the springs and safety cables were replaced. Everything he needed was on his truck. He was expert, efficient and very professional. We are very pleased with the service and glad we called Precision.

New door was installed in July. This was supposed to be a custom build. We have small space on one side and after the installation it became obvious that design of a pulley is wrong for a space. We had technician twice and the door is still not working the way it should. Your company was supposed to be professionals and as such a tech who resided on pulley design should have suggest different system. We had now 2 visits by technician and the door still making touch noise.

Glenn called and arrived on-time. After I explained what I wanted, Glenn worked up the estimate and proceeded to install the new opener, springs, roller and cables. He was very professional and did a great job. He answered all of my questions and made sure that I was comfortable with the install. We're very happy with our new Precision Garage Door! Tim Rainey was terrific when he came to give us an estimate -- he explained all of the options perfectly! And then Jason & Rick did a terrific job on the installation of the new door & new opener! The only issue we have with it is that it is *SO* quiet (compared to our old door and opener) that I keep startling my family every time I come in the door because they can't hear it open! We'd definitely recommend Precision to any of our friends & family!
