Your Technician Sean was on-time and thoroughly professional- a marked contrast to another, local firm who was probably a scam. Regret that I ever wasted money with that other fast-buck crew. This entire Vendor-Client experience was perhaps the best hire I've had in more than 20 years. Great and honest advertising; professional service and we're left with complete confidence that this IS the only garage door maintenance company to deal with.

Great service and repair. However when I compared price to local installer previously used I noticed that Precision was EXTREMELY expensive. Do yourself a favor and shop around. I paid $1200.00 for parts worth less than $200 and 1/2 hour to install.

Tino was very professional, efficient and knowledgeable. His mechanical skills are excellent and his work ethic is outstanding. Tino is well trained and knew exactly what was wrong with the garage doors and fixed them with skill and efficiency. He is a great asset to the company. As with past experiences with Precision, the technician Chris was very friendly and knowledgeable. He surveyed the situation, found the problem and explained all the options without any pressure. Chris is a true asset to your company and should a problem arise in the future, I would definitely want him to return. The receptionist also went out of her way to accommodate me. This company is amazing! I had problems with the motor and decided to get new garage door too. The salesman walked me through the computer to pick my design door and hardware. I love the new look! Due to COVID there is a longer wait for getting door, but I’m in no hurry. Don’t hesitate on calling Precision, you won’t be sorry I guarantee you.
