When I first called for a repair Christian arrived to do the repair. I needed 2 door sensers. After installing the sensors he damaged the control unit by bending the top panel of the garage door. I waited almost 2 months. Yesterday 08/09/23 2 Technicians came to replace the top door panel and in that process they damaged the top panel and 2nd door panel. Once again a delay in completing the job. Saying you have quality service and highly qualified technicians I totally disagree.

Matt called ahead and arrived on time. He asked a series of questions about the garage door and it's past history. He then developed three options for me to select from. In addition, he clearly explained what was included with each option. What was nice is that he wasn't trying a to hard-sell any option. Once, I selected my option, he did the installation. At the end, he walked me through the finished product pointing out each piece installed. I was comfortable in seeing that I got what was promised and what I paid for.

EXCELLENT communications by both the office and the technician. Brian, the tech, really knew his business. While on site, Brian recommended that I get the rollers replaced, which I did. Overall, the price seemed high, but the service provided was excellent.

Our garage door opener spring broke, and my car was stuck in the garage. I called Precision, and in about half an hour, Brian arrived, assessed the situation, and showed me a price quote. In less than an hour, the springs were replaced and new rollers were installed. Brian was very professional, and even swapped our two sensors (without charge) to solve a problem we were having with the sun hitting one! I highly recommend this company.

I was very pleased with John, who was very helpful in identifying and explaining the problems with our garage door after it started closing as we were backing out of the garage and in fixing the garage door enough to get it closed until such time as the new panel is available and installed. Since the locking mechanism no longer aligns with the slot in the metal track it is intended to fit into, he told me how to use a flat bladed screwdriver to fit between one of the rollers and the metal track to keep someone from opening the garage door and getting into our garage. I mentioned to him that the reason the garage door started closing as we were backing out was my wife accidentally barely touched the "hair trigger" button on our remote control. We have experienced multiple problems with the remote since we moved into our home in 2015. He showed me a better remote (a Liftmaster 893MAX) that works with all Liftmaster garage door openers and takes a solid push of a button to activate the garage door opener. He also showed me how to program the new remote to work with our garage door opener. I have ordered two of these remotes so that I will be ready once the garage door is repaired.
