Mathew was excellent - contacted me in the morning to give me an idea what time he would be at my residence. Got my two garage doors working well and discussed in the spring getting new garage doors installed. Also told Mathew we would like him back to go over everything in the spring. Very satisfied I can get my car in the garage for the winter during inclement weather.

Happy New Year Precision Garage Door! I'm not writing this review as quickly as I should have, however, I have too give praise and credit when and where credit is due. Your worker, Jackson, was the Tech that arrived at my home to inspect my troubled garage. He was "outstanding". He was kind, listened to my complaints and worked with me in making sure a proper fix to my garage took place to eliminate any hazards to my family and which met my financial situation.
