The technician was excellent. However, I called for service yesterday (Tuesday)at about 3pm and they couldn't arrange for anyone to come until the following day. You advertise 24-hour service. I don't think this is factual.

We placed a service call for a squeak/grinding noise we were experiencing when the garage door was opened and closed. For a Sunday morning service, I've never met a technician before who is pleasant and ready to get down to business. He is punctual for one thing which I appreciated, had professionally evaluated my issues and gave me my options. He had installed my new garage door opener, replaced cable wires,rollers in a most efficient way. My husband and I are so pleased with the job. Kudos to Chris K and precision
