He quickly diagnosed the problem, reviewed the garage door system for potential future problems and communicated the problem and solution. The technician was professional, friendly, customer focused, experienced and knowledgeable about garage door systems. He provided a quote which was good value and solved and fixed the problem. Everyone I dealt with at Precision was helpful and professional. Scheduling was fast and easy. The technician, Kevin, notified me that he was on his way, per the instructions the scheduler gave me. REMOTES WERE NO LONGER RESPONDING - REPLACED OVERHEAD MOTOR We had an excellent experience with Precision and would highly recommend anyone do business with them. Kevin our technician arrived on time, accessed the problem, thoroughly explained what options we had available to us. It was convenient that he had the materials available in his truck and efficiently installed a new belt drive and opener, with camera, LED lighting with battery back-up in. We're thrilled!

On a rainy, cold Saturday night my garage door froze. I immediately called Precision and was treated so nicely by the woman who answered the phone (wish I remembered her name). She worked so hard to find a technician who was available at such a late hour and in such horrible weather. She kept me posted on her progress, calling me back several times. Who does that in this day and age? I was so fortunate that Matt Dewald showed up in less than an hour and proceeded not only to diagnose the problem (the motor was gone), but to replace it on the spot. He was incredibly courteous, efficient and so pleasant. He got the job done quickly, explained everything to me and made sure everything was working perfectly before he left. I would not only use Precision Door again, I would most certainly request Matt. The service and especially the staff are superior. A+++++

My service man was wonderful. Ryan called me when he was on his way up. He even offered to pick me up a coffee!!!!! He arrived in time. He did a thorough safety check of the garage door as well as inspected the issues I needed repaired. He worked non stop and was able to make all the repairs in one service call. First off the work done was fine and converting my door to a hi lift went fine. My issue was with scheduling. It took forever to get it done. Started 1-2-19 and was done on 1-25-19. They took my deposit (1/2) on 1-7-19 and did not respond to my emails of 1-2-19. You can not send emails and if you fill out the online form it does not work. Forget about trying to talk or email the owner. It does not happen.

Our door wouldn’t stay down and the light wouldn’t shut off it was time for a new motor we replaced the door only a few years ago I called Precision Door they were able to come the next morning which was a Sunday great for working people The young man who was the service technician was very professional and polite I definitely recommend this company
