I gave a 5 star rating for their outstanding service. The ordering process was great. I opted to call versus order online. My call was answered in less than a minute. The representative listened to my concerns and explained what was to take place. We booked a convenient time and the Technician (Lucas) arrived promptly. He went to work addressing my concerns and explained his observations along the way. When he was finished, my issues were resolved. He installed new nylon rollers, inspected and lubricated all moving parts and recommended that I contact the original installer for a possible warranty issue. Please note that you will pay a premium price for their service; however, I have to admit that it was worth it.

Chris Karnacewicz was excellent! He was professional, knowledgeable and prompt. He immediately knew what the problem was with our garage door opener. He took the time to walk me through the steps in setting up the app. He was very accommodating when we requested that the other motors be replaced as well. I highly recommend him and will request him to take care of our garage door repairs in the future.

We had a great experience. Our door cable and spring broke and we could not open the door. I called and was able to have someone come the same day. The technician was great, I am sorry I forget his name. It was also the same time that we lost power so having someone come out so quickly was very much appreciated.
