Ryan was very helpful and explained what should be done to maintain doors and rails. He spent time inspecting rails, motor, and chain. He did a thorough job. Also, added service sticker to garage wall.

Coincidently he installed the garage door opener in September and once again he was proved to be extremely professional, explained everything in layman's language and was very personable. Hopefully our opener will continue to operate as designed and if for any reason we need an adjustment please schedule Lou.
