Wilmer and Justin arrived at my home on time and we're very professional and got right to work. Wilmer was very experienced and found a problem with the support goal posts that was overlooked and corrected the issue. Both worked professionally to get the job done and after it was completed, Wilmer informed me of shipping damage to one of the panels and informed the office so it can be corrected. Precision Doors has two very good installers and I hope they appreciate their great work by rewarding them generously. In other words.....give them guys a good raise, they deserve it

The local team, headed by Stacy Conod was great. The manufacturing team seemed to be clueless. The delivery schedule was stated as 10-16 weeks, it took 22 weeks. We received regular updates saying the door was in process - it wasn't. Manufacturing had no idea where our door was in the process.

I called another company when my garage door opener broke and the installer couldn't get to me for days. I called Precision on a Monday morning and George the tech was at my house at 1pm that day. He explained all my options and fixed the door. Great experience.
