I called because my door broke and the cars were still inside. I called mt usually door company and they told me they could not make it today. I called Precision and I got help in 20 minutes. Tommy was very nice and knew his stuff. We got a new door and Tommy measured and then gave us a fair price. It was a very good experience.!

The installer was excellent. I do have a problem with Precision though. After paying $1159.00, I looked up the Genie opener model I purchased and found that all of the parts I bought from you. The total retail price came to less than $350.00. While I expect you to make a profit, I resent the fact that you charged 3 times the cost of the parts. That is obscene and I feel that I was ripped off! PLease respond to this email with your justification for charging me so much. Susan Coren

I chose Precision Garage Door since I was happy with the work they did a few years ago. I needed new keypad and remotes. The technician, Evan, arrived on time. He explained everything. He gave an overview of my current garage door, motor, etc. He replaced the keypad and remote with no problems. I am disappointed in the garage doors It is not the installer’s fault apparently but both doors are very stiff and very difficult for me to raise and lower especially the one I use most frequently . I now have to stand on a stool to lower the doors and find them very heavy. I realize my old ones were different and had to be replaced but I never required a step stool to use them

We feel your 4 hour window is not beneficial to customers. When the appointment was made we told your staff that no one would be available until 4pm. The tech came at 230pm. Poor customer service.

5 star rating. It was a pleasure using Precision Garage Door service. Our garage door mechanisms needed complete rebuilding. Upon contacting this company they were extremely efficient and helpful. They scheduled quickly, provided a background check and photo of the service person before he arrived. Kevin S. Was on time, called before he came, and explained all that was needed and options for the repairs. He was professional and very considerate and friendly! The garage door now works the way it should. I was pleased with the warranties. We highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service. They put effort into training their employees and customer service!
