Sean Young was outstanding! He arrived on time (I was a few minutes late), he was courteous, professional and obviously knew his stuff. He immediately diagnosed the issue, prepared a quote and completed the work in short order. I could not have been happier with his performance. I'd welcome back Sean and Precision in the future.

The technician arrived on time and was amazing. He analyzed the problem and kept us informed of the repairs as he went along. He made sure our remotes were programmed and left our garage clean. We would definitely recommend the precision door company.

The advertising didn't really give me confidence to contact Precision. I used PRECISION in the past and that was the only company to call with my garage door problem. I called Precision yesterday about 3:30 Pm and they were here at my home 8:30 this morning. Both men were very polite and knowledgeable. My problem was solved and the price was very fair. Once again I gave PRECISION A FIVE STAR RATING.

Brian called to let me know he would arrive within the hour. He was polite and extremely helpful in explaining the problem with the garage door. He was able to fix the problem quickly and went out of his way to check the remote which sometimes does not work. He checked the batteries and explained the possible issue of the remote. He is a wonderful asset to precision doors.
