He solved the garage door problems with a new garage door system (parts and operating equipment) that is now a great replaced updated system. Called for 25 point service maintenance and to fix my key pad to open garage door. Sean Young was on time and notified me he would come earlier. Explained to me what he did and answered my questions, very courteous. Showed me how to reset key pad if it stops working. Great plus in customer service. Recommend highly.

Could not be more pleased with the new garage door and installation, inc motor cables key pads etc. Also happy with the price! The purchase went seamlessly from sales and scheduling to the end product and all the employees were helpful courteous and respectful. The two installers were quick and very clean sweeping up and disposing of all debris and even cleaning all the exterior trim. Highly recommend this company!

I love this company. They have perfect customer service. Precision installed my doors a few years ago and they work perfectly. We are selling our house and in the turmoil something must have blocked one door and we received an error message. Since we were so close to our closing, we wanted to make sure the door was working properly. Glen showed up right on time, assessed the problem and reset the door. Because we had Perscision install the doors, they waived the service fee. Again, great customer service. It was wonderful getting a break during such a stressful time. Thank you!
