5 STARS!!! Matt was a true professional. He inspected diagnosed and presented us with 3 different proposals to choose from. Each proposal would solve our existing problem of a broken spring. The difference in proposals was whether we wanted to take care of wear and tear on other parts which Matt clearly pointed out. There was no pushy salesmanship. Matt's whole approach was very courteous. The workmanship was excellent and the job was performed efficiently as the truck from Precision was fully equipped with everything.

I am so glad I went with Precision. Thomas and Tyler (I believe that was his partners name) were very professional. Thomas explained what was wrong with my garage door opener and presented a couple of quotes to choose from. He explained the difference between them and at no time did I feel pressured into buying anything I did not want. The work was professional and there was nothing left to clean up after the job was complete. I would definitely recommend Precision Garage Door! Thank you

I did not make it home for the appointment as we asked for the technician to come after 4pm /the window was 2-6pm/ and he came at 2pm That said Matthew was really easy to communicate with and he took care of it until someone was able to get there. Needed New motor and it was replaced in under an hour. He even took the time to program one of our cars. Thank You Matthew. I did not get to meet you, but you made it seamless, which nowadays is a rare find. If the motor works as good as this went, I will be one happy client!

The two technicians who installed my garage doors were the loveliest men I have met in a longtime. The explained everything to me and they even showed me how to set the keypad and the garage door openers. I told my mother about my great experience and she uses your company also and agreed with me that the technicians that come to do the work are patient, kind, caring and respectful people. Kudos to Precision for hiring such a great staff!

Your service person called early enough this morning that it gave me enough time to get some errons taken care of. He called a second time to say he was on his way. He examined the door, gave me 2 options for repair. I agreed on the more expensive option. Your service person finished the job, cleanly and efficiently. It was a pleasure having Chris do the job. This is the second time I have used Precision for work on my garage doors, and the second time I was 100% satisfied.
