Booked the appointment that morning for 10Am-2Pm. Dave (the technician) arrived at 10 AM, after making a call to say he was on the way. After explaining the issues with the opener, Dave proceeded to conduct a full assessment, recommending the consideration of a new garage door opening system (the old one was 30 years old). He walked me through my options and explained each of these along with the total cost. The new opener was installed within 2 hrs as Dave had everything he needed right in his truck. New opener is very quiet and has some very good features. Would recommend this service. I had been using the company that installed our upgraded garage, but their fee just come out was significantly higher, and they never did any kind of full assessment of the opener.

Absolutely top-flight service from beginning to end. We had a major garage door issue and required same-day assistance. Not only was the receptionist super helpful but they also got the service technician quickly. The work was substantial but our guy was patient and did a fantastic job of making our door actually better than when it was brand new. 100% fully satisfied at how professional and well organized this company is.

The Website was comprehensive and the information was the most direct and the clearest of any of the sites we looked at. We made some DIY alterations to our garage door and this added weight and we knew the motor was straining to lift the door. We called Precision and we had a designer out and she said you need a tech to come in and check the springs and install the better hardware package they had. Matt Deaald came 2 days later and installed new springs and after a closer look, he recommended we only change out the rollers because it would save us money and our other hardware seemed just fine. We agreed to his proposal and he went to work and was done in less than an hour. The door moves so smoothly and so much quieter and has the strength and sturdiness to it again. Very nice people, honest and collaborative for what we needed. Hands down top notch service.

Kevin N. called and asked if he could come early...which was fine. He is friendly and personable and probably the most important....knowledgeable!! He replaced the broken tension spring and center bearing carrier and balanced the door. Quick, clean and functional. Nice truck, by the way!!
