I was impressed "prior" to the Repairman arriving because he was right on time. I was not at home but he gave me a 30 min window which allowed me to hurry home. When he arrived, he inspected my door and was very knowledgeable as to what issues I was having. He told me my door could not be repaired because it had split at the top. He went over the material for the new doors with me and suggested I needed one. I really appreciated his feedback and suggestions. I definitely rate him a 10!!!! oh, one more thing. I am a Senior Citizen and I ask a lot of questions. He didn't seem bothered at all. I liked that very much. Plenty of patience. Definitely a 10......
