Booking an appoinment was easy...person was very patient and courteous. The time was between 2 and 4 PM...and I was notified by text when the door expert was arriving 15 minutes before. Roberto Zuniga was very prompt, patient and resloved the problem. He also walked me through how to reset the keypad and made sure I was comfortable before he left. Thank you, Patt Lemonie
