The whole process was satisfying, from initial inquiry to the estimate to the home visit for measurement to the installation. Everyone I communicated with was knowledgeable, courteous and pleasant. Everyone I met in person was the same. I was kept informed about the progress of the manufacture of the door. I bought a new door, a new opener, everything, removed and replaced and everything removed taken away. It is a pleasure to do business with such a professional company.

The spring on our garage door broke right before Thanksgiving. Received a quick appointment time for the Friday after. Chris was punctual, explained various options and priced out three solutions for us. He did the work in a timely manner and told me how to better maintain the components. We were very satisfied with our entire experience with Precision Garage Door. It was easy to make an appointment, we didn't have to wait more than a day for a service technician, and the gentleman who completed the repair was professional, punctual, and knowledgeable. The price of the repairs and parts were higher than expected, but our technician (Orentino Bugallo) explained everything clearly and his work appears to be top-notch - our garage door functions perfectly now. Great job by Orentino. We highly recommend him.
