Extremely satisfied all-around with Precision for this 1st time customer! My technician Matt came earlier than the 4-hour afternoon window I was given and it was pretty cool that I received a text message right after he called confirming the time that I was able to read a short “bio” on Matt and those few things listed became instant conversation pieces. We had a lot of things to chat about! Matt was very knowledgeable evaluating all of the mechanics of the garage door letting me know the conditions of all the working pieces and then replaced the springs in a very timely manner. And then coupon was great too!

I recently had four new garage doors installed at my residence. Everything from the doors back to the opening/closing switches on the wall were replaced. It was a full two day job to complete the installation. Technicians, Wilmer and Ali, performed the work with a high level of professionalism and craftsmanship. Both were very friendly, patient, and informative when I had questions about the doors and their operation. The end product was a top notch, professional installation, performed by two knowledgeable and experienced techs. I would highly recommend Precision for your garage door needs. My garage door was still the original from 1985 and last year, when it wasn't working smoothly, Precision came; said I did not need new door; replaced some parts ($800+). Now, just a bit over year later, motor died. My question is: Why didn't they alert me then that a 35 year old motor should maybe have been replaced? When my remote would not open the door this month, I called local locksmith who could not open it; suggested I call Precision to explain my dilemma and my plea was handled by a polite patient lady who got me help the very next morning. Matthew Dewald came, work diligently, persevered, and tried everything to get it open without cutting into it. After about 2 hours (really!) he had no choice but cut out a section, then still had to work more to finally open it. I can not say enough about Matthew's work ethic.

We were highly impressed with John, who disassembled our previous system and installed the new system. He displayed the following qualities while working: knowledgeable, excellent at explaining his work, cleaned up the work area when finished, great with our two highly curious grandchildren ages 5 and 6, and all around amazing guy. John also helped us set up the MyQ app on our phones and did a thorough job explaining the intricacies of the new system. The employee and quality of work were fine. The problem I have is with your pricing. All the parts are shown with labor included but how is that correct when you are overlapping labor between parts? I was quoted over $723 to replace 2 springs as it included all new pulleys and wire. That is way out of line. After reducing the cost to $453 with less parts I said ok only because I needed the work done asap. Your cost for the springs with labor was $200 I believe when the parts alone should have been no more than $50.

My doors were making a lot of noise and the technician was able to lessen the noise. I ordered new, upgraded doors and motors for installation when possible. I clicked on star number 5 but it didn't show.
