The tech, Ryan Patrick Murphy, was very good. He inspected all the moving parts and identified several problems resulting from wear and tear. He replaced a lot of the parts and explained the functions and subsequent maintenance. While I was not expecting this level of work, considering that the door is about 10 years old, it makes sense to replace moving parts. Ryan was very professional and did an excellent job.

I needed my sensors replaced on one of my doors. This is the second time using Precision Door and both times they have been amazing, honest, reasonably priced and quick to recognize and fix the problem. I requested that Precision Overhead Garage Door service our door that seemed to be making a lot more noise recently. The technician Sean evaluated the situation and explained his plan. The springs and rollers were replaced. Everything was lubricated. This original 2 car door(approx 22 years old) sounds much quieter. Sean was professional and efficient.

Our garage door spring broke. We never had a need for a garage repair service before, so we conducted an internet search. Your web-site provided a very professional image of your company, very informative and provided confidence in your service. Kevin Stasiak was our technician and he greeted us waring a mask.
