This company was excellent in their professionalism and customer service. They were highly responsive to my need and schedule. Great follow up and communication every step of the way. The techs, Lou and trainee Matt, were great. Very professional, very friendly and courteous, and did a great job replacing my springs, cables, pulleys and rollers and accomplished all work in just over an hour. While a bit pricey, I would definitely hire them again and recommend their services to friends and family.

***** Very pleased with the professionalism and service received. The technician, Luke S, was very meticulous , explained exactly what the problem was and thoroughly explained the options for repair. He spent many hours installing the new motor and checking to make sure everything was working correctly before leaving . My call to Precision was based on the convenient Bergenfield location and I was very impressed with their ability to send someone over the same day. I would highly recommend them for garage door service.

At first when the worker showed up and broke down what the issue was and how much it would cost I wasn't so happy but it was the way in which Kevin went about everything that was what changed my mind and got me to replace and install a new unit. My precious one was 15 years old and a sprocket had broken, he coulda changed it charged me whatever it was and would have had to come back but instead he explained that changing the whole system with a LIFE TIME GAURANTEE that it would ensure everything would be exactly what I wanted from there on out. With the new system I got everything I needed which was a superior product than what I already had. As for the price it is what it is and for what I got it was a great deal. Kevin my installer knew everything there is to know period about garage doors and had everything on his truck to have done any job I wanted done to be done right there and then! Kevin was supposed to be here between 4 and 7pm but surprisingly he came early which was fantastic even better he finished the job he did with 15 minutes to spare from how long I was told it was gonna be! At the end of my experience, being an advid DIYer I coulda taken 5-6 hours outta my day, busted my hump bought a system from Home Depot and done it myself BUT for literally a couple more bucks I had Kevin a professionally trained garage door specialist do it in under a hour with a superior product with all the bells and whistles and I'm 100% sure it was done right with a life time GAURANTEE on anything
