Wow is all I can say! Thank you so much for the amazing customer service experience I had with your tech, Kevin S. this morning. He was professional, efficient and extremely knowledgeable. After diagnosing the problem with my garage door, he explained the problem to me in layperson’s terms, laid out all the options and the associated costs. The job was completed in an efficient manner, the work area was clean and he took the time necessary to go over the system set up, including the app. I don’t remember when (if ever) I’d been so satisfied with a service call. I was very impressed with the coupon advertisement in Valpac and the discounts offered. Between the reviews and service offerings listed, I decided to call Precision for my first estimate of the work needed. I liked the ease and follow-up in setting up the appointment for the next day. After the Tech, Sean, evaluated the repairs needed and/or recommended, I felt very confident in his ability, his professionalism and his patience in explaining the recommended repairs and the discounts offered. I decided no other estimates were needed and the work was done and finished the same day. I can honestly said this has been one of my best experiences in having repair work done.
