Our garage door spring failed with my wife's car stuck in the garage. Precision was able to schedule a technician on short notice. Ryan the tech arrived on-time and quickly identified the problem. He had the necessary parts on his truck and got the door back up and running better than ever. I couldn't be happier with the service.

the service received was excellent prompt and courteous 5 stars but the cost to replace the hardware two coils the wheels and the attachments were too expensive

I usually don't bother with reviews but I was impressed by Precision and the expert Glen. The communications were great, including notifying me when Glen would arrive. Glen recommended a few options for me & worked with me to choose. He went above & beyond with a few small items, including re-fastening my push button. He was a pleasure and described every detail fully.
