This was my second time using Precision and by far the most professional company. Their guys are all well trained and have great customer service skills. This time I had Gedas and he was great! Very nice, explained everything that needed to be done etc. Very happy with this company. I wouldn’t call anyone else!

I contacted this company regarding a garage door replacement. We scheduled an appointment for a ballpark proposal over the phone. I received an email to confirm my appointment to my home, which wasn't the plan. I received a call in the time frame that had been arranged but I missed the call. At the same time I missed the call, I received an email survey thanking me for my business. I hadn't spoken to or purchased anything and now don't plan to anymore if this company can't keep their communication lines correct. If I could leave Zero Stars, or negative, I would.

thought price was high, but man they sent was very nice and I trusted him to do a good job. friendly and professional throughout the whole job . very satisfied with his work , probably wouldn't had gone with precision for repairman.
