Precision Garage Door was recommended to me by a colleague at work, and I also read many wonderful reviews from homeowners in my area which were available on the Website. Ryan Murphy, Precision Tech, did a great job for me when I recently experienced a garage door repair emergency. The cables and torsion spring were damaged, lifting the door manually was not possible, and my only car was in the garage. Ryan inspected the door, assessed the damaged components, and offered the options available for repair. He clearly explained everything...materials, labor, costs...and we decided on a plan to proceed with the repair. Fortunately, Ryan was able to lift the door so that the car could be moved out to give him enough room to work in the garage. When the repair was completed, Ryan made sure that everything, including the automatic garage door opener was working properly. Ryan is a courteous, knowledgeable, and "problem solver" technician. I would gladly recommend Ryan and Precision Garage Door to anyone in need of your services.

David correctly diagnosed the problem and cause of my garage door "jumping" on its closure. I had thought the problem was the springs, but it turned out that it wasn't. He replaced the cables, pulleys and rollers and the garage door now closes perfectly. Thanks.

Chris Karnacewicz was the tech assigned to check out the issues with our garage door. Chris notified us that he was available sooner than expected so he was able to come out earlier. Chris arrived on time. Not only was he extremely professional, but he was also very courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. When you meet a person like Chris, you can just tell he is just an all-around great guy. He fixed our issues and provided recommendations for future care. I would highly recommend giving this employee some sort of extra recognition for his work ethic and excellent representation of your organization!

I would like to give Precision Door a five star rating from their service call last week. My technician that helped me was Ferdinand Azimov. He was amazing .. knowledgeable .kind .. courteous ., kind & resourceful!!.Ferdinand did a very small repair of my old garage door to get me through the winter!! Ferdinand also gave me estimates for replacing my 2 old doors with two new garage doors & 2 new motors! Precision door company will be doing the work when weather gets nicer!! I have used this garage door company twice before too for other repairs! Ferdinand was on time.,& Precision sent many texts & information about my appointment!! Also important information on Precision’s Covid protocol was also given to me so I felt safe & confident to get my door fixed!! So thank you Precision Door for everything you do for us customers!! I will recommend this company very highly to anyone who needs garage doors repaired or replaced!!!

From the get go, he was extremely efficient, hard working, energized, knowledgeable and very skilled. Precision garage door co. Came to my house and inspection my gararge doors made out an estimate for repair. I authorized the repairs to get my garage door operational. Mark made all repair. I planned to only have the extension springs replaced but as Erik was working we decided to replace the springs, rollers, cables and the opener. We are very happy and are pleased with the warranties and how quiet the door works. Erik patiently explained everything to me and did NOT try to sell me any extras. I was happy to not be pressured or shamed into buying things. Everything we got was needed and we are no longer worried about problems.
