Excellent service, Sean was great. Our basic reason for service was that the locking mechanism broke and had to be replaced but we were also having difficulty lifting the door. Sean installed new springs and an anchor piece that fixed the problem We are very satisfied.

There was no advertisement used. I called my regular garage man on Thursday and did not receive a response. In speaking with a friend, she recommended Precision and said Precision offered 24 hour emergency service. Precison installed our 16-foot garage door & opener 10 years ago, and it has been trouble-free since then. We recently had to open the door manually, and it felt heavier than it should have. Ryan showed up on time, inspected it and recommended that the torsion springs be replaced. He did the job in about an hour. The garage door is functioning well, and no problems so far. We're happy with the quality of the repair.
