Though above my budget, I feel I was able to make an educated decision about the repair. Ferdinand went the extra mile to ensure the repair was efficient and thorough. Found Precision Garage Door via a Google search which at best, is normally a 50/50 shot in terms of how things are going to go. Bottom line - the service was great and FAR exceeded my expectations! I was able to schedule a same-day, Saturday appt and Precision kept me informed from the moment I made the appt, to the moment Ferdinand arrived. Ferdinand was knowledgable, professional and polite. He took the time to explain everything he was checking for, review what needed to be addressed, and provided several options to choose from. Overall, I highly recommend Ferdinand & Precision Garage Door for a job well done! Will definitely recommend to all my friends & family.

3 years ago my double door garage wouldn’t open. The whole tracking system and door needed to be replace. My neighbor was a client of Precision Garage Door and was extremely please with his garage system. I called Precision and immediately a technician was at my house giving me an estimate. Three days later everything was installed by their technician team. It worked perfectly and I was very happy with the service and professionalism. Recently I had an issue with the remotes not working. I called on a Sunday and Monday morning the technician came to the house to fix the problem. If you are looking for a reliable, professional, and respectable company for your garage door needs, then Precision Garage Door is the company you want.

Extremely overpriced. After calling Precision first and almost having a heart attack at the price to replace springs and cables. I called a competitor who, without knowing the original quote, beat it by $500! I found a great company to service my needs but it was NOT Precision.

REPAIR MAN WAS HERE ON TIME FOR APPT. I EXPLAIN WHAT THE PROBLEM WAS AN HE LOOKED OVER THE WHOLE DOOR FOR ANY OTHER PROBLEM. REPAIR WAS MADE AN HE EXPLAIN WHAT WAS DONE IN A TIMELY FASHION. AN WAS OFF TO ANOTHER JOB. HE DID A GREAT JOB ON DOOR.

I was unsure if the current double garage door I have needed to be replaced or can it be saved. I want to thank Roberto my installer he was able to save me money and fix the broken door and put a new automatic door opener in as well. Called Friday Night, here on Sunday. Garage was in need of multiple items, spring, rollers, cable...and they came and fixed it in 45 minutes. Runs like a charm now. The serviceman (Eric) was kind and professional and knew exactly what needed to be done. Job Well done. I would definitely recommend these guys and plan on using them again when my second door, inevitably, ends up in the same state.

Very professional and explained what should/needed to be done concerning the newer safety features and my botched attempt at fixing it myself (getting the trolley stuck on the motor). I called Precision because I had gotten an advertisement in the mail and being they were licensed and insured I thought it was a good place to call especially since I know nothing about garage doors. The technician was great, answered all my questions and instead of just doing a repair I have decided to get a new door. He fixed the door so it will last until the new door comes in. Great service.
