Ryan was awesome explained to me in detail what he was going to do to remedy the problem. He was courteous and friendly and listened to my complaints and answered all my questions. Told him this was the third company I called the other one didn’t respond back and the other one diagnosed problem over phone which was not even close to be accurate and that’s after they cancelled on me twice. Highly recommend Ryan and Precision garage door service. Purchased a sensor but not an option on the list

When our garage door opener was due for a replacement, we turned to Precision Garage Door Company since they replaced our previous opener in a quality manner. Since our garage is located below our master bedroom, it was important to find a replacement that ran quietly when the door was in operation. After meeting with Precision, we decided on a Lift Master Belt driven opener. Although the expense for the best model was higher than the basic opener, it provided what we needed with a few extra features. Having a charged battery to allow the door to operate when the power goes out, and a bright LED light with an on and off sensor, etc. were features we wanted. Precision did a thorough job with the installation, and the staff had excellent contact with us throughout. In conclusion, we had a positive experience from start to finish, and we’ll enjoy a warranty that will serve us well in the years ahead. Sincerely, Bill & Carol R.

Chris Karnacewicz was about as professional a service person I've ever encountered, He called, arrived exactly on time, explained everything in detail, and performed everything as agreed without any pressure to accept any service I didn't want. Good man! I give him an A Plus! The only thing I wish he could have done was to lower the price, but being a person who has always tried to do his own repairs, I guess I even have to forgive the cost. I also guess I can also forgive him for being a Yankee and Giants fan!

Precision is a great company. Right from the start, a Live Person quickly answers the call. Their service hours are flexible allowing the appointment to be scheduled on the weekend, meaning no time missed at work. The technician, Sean called to let me know when he would arrive.
