Had a LiftMaster 889LM installed on 10/3/23 to correct an issue with remote control operation. It seemed to correct the problem, but it did not last long. When the garage door was closed I noticed that it would automatically reopen on its own. This "phantom operation" occurred every time the door was closed at a frequency between 10-30 minutes. ROBERT ZUNIGA came out the next day (10/4/23) to investigate this mysterious occurrence. The reason is still a mystery, but perhaps this device that has so many "bells & whistles", and has been recalled in the past, is the culprit. In any event, ROBERT did a very through job in trying to assess the problem. It was finally determined to remove this device. An alternative solution using a Liftmaster 850LM radio controller receiver was suggested. This device is a very simple one, with no auto light, door and motion sensors that can disrupt the act of just opening & closing the door. The plan of action was for me to purchase this device, and when received have ROBERT install it. My kudos to ROBERT ZUNIGA for suggesting this approach which I feel is the way to proceed.

A nearby lightning strike damaged one of my Liftmaster garage door openers. As always, scheduling service with Precision was painless. I received a prompt call back to confirm my appointment (with an offer to send someone the same day - on a Friday afternoon). The technician, Luke, showed up on schedule and had the right parts on the truck to get my opener working perfectly again in about an hour. He explained the diagnosis and helped reprogram the remotes and keypads. It’s always nice to deal with reputable contractors that employ talented, helpful, and courteous technicians. Thank you!!!

The technician was extremely nice and professional, but the price I was quoted was a major rip off. I was quoted three prices, which that in itself is ridiculous. The torsion spring broke on a single, non-insulated garage door. The lowest price given was around 500.00. I went with a local man, and he changed the spring. the cables and charged me 280.00. Precision are crooks!!!!!

I'm so glad I had tech come out! I didn't realize that the garage door springs were shot, and this was making the garage door harder to lift. This was putting a strain on the garage door opener. If this wasn't found, it would have burned out the garage door opener, and that door was heavy for me to lift! Thank you Precision - Sean was excellent

I was trying to replace my garage door and garage door opener (which had broken) and had reached out to precision. They scheduled the appointment and sent a ton of confirmation emails and texts about the sales appointment. The sales person was nice and we rearranged our schedule to drive to the showroom to look at samples, decided on a design, and were just waiting on a quote....then, nothing!! Very disappointed. They obviously had my contact information, but never reached out again.

I understand when your trying to complete a project in a certain time frame, it can be frustrating when there is a delay in the process. I did look into the matter for you, and to my understanding the door designer did reach out to you via email and phone call, however with the holiday's being right around the time of your coming in to the showroom, and the manufactures being closed for those holidays there was a delay on their end. Unbelievably fast and efficient service! This morning we discovered that our opener didn’t work and then found cables and wires disconnected on the floor. It was a mess! We had never before used Precision but called and were told that they could set us up for early next week. About an hour later they were able to fit us in and Ferdinand came and repaired the entire thing within one hour! He was courteous and efficient as was the woman on the phone (whose name I sadly don’t recall). I would highly recommend them to anyone needing any kind of garage door service! (The other local company wasn’t even open today, a Saturday!).

Two new garage doors and two new belt driven openers. This was a great experience right from the start. Tammy, our Door Designer, could not have been more knowledgeable and communicative; clearly she was many steps above anyone else we spoke with. We always do our due diligence with any major purchase so our decision took a while. Tammy remained attentive when others might have written us off. We really trusted her guidance, which was the main reason we purchased from Precision. The office staff also let us know what to expect and provided very timely updates at every step of the process. Sam was our installer and did excellent job. All work was professional and neat, and he adhered to sanitary methods per our current COVID 19 situation. We really could not be more pleased.

I selected Precision Door after viewing your reviews and info u posted on your employees. After I called and left a VM I received a callback and was able to get an appointment time for the next day. Got a call from office on day of appointment asking if Tammy could come earlier which was great. We met she explained details to me answered my questions and was quite pleasant and friendly. I explained to Tammy I’d just had a bad experience with a contractor and I’m afraid to put faith and trust in anyone else it was the second time it had happened to me. She was encouraging and sympathetic reassuring me all contractors aren’t rip off artists and I pray she’s right, only time will tell. I did put in an order for a new door, opener and all equipment needed to do the job, I hope and pray I won’t be disappointed.

Actually I am very disappointed. Just to adjust and repair some rollers for the garage door to close you wanted to take over $600 ???? The first time I used you guys you were great. And you guys couldn't replace a simple glass window that was broken? You say you repair garage doors. No one wants to work any more ? I could do this work myself but because I work I trusted you guys. I am very sad that you could have charged up to $400 and I would have been okay with that, but $600 seriously? You got very greedy.
