Kevin called 30 minutes out and said he would be on his way. He showed up and I explained the issue I was having with the doors opening and closing. In about 15 minutes he called and asked me to come down. He explained the issues and provided feedback on what he thought we should do. He presented the cost, and we agreed. He was here for an hour tops, very knowledgeable and we chatted about sports. I would choose Precision over any other garage door company, and will be happy to share my feedback with others.

Damien was great when he came out yesterday to give us an estimate on a new garage and opener. Lou was great today when he came over to make sure our current garage was safe for us to use until the new one is installed.
