The responsiveness is outstanding. This is my second interation with the Precision Overhead Garage Door Service. I would recommend this company to family and friend. The Technician, Thomas, alerted me to his whereabouts and arrived on time. Thomas was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He patiently listened to my concerns and asked questions to get clarity. After his review, he presented different alternatives to resolve the issue and answered all my questions/concerns. Today I had my new back up battery for my Liftmaster installed, a replacement keypad installed and a new key fob opener programmed. John was so professional and kind and explained everything clearly. I picked this company because they had such a high average rating online and they totally deserve that. I wish I could give higher then a five. Kevin was so professional and following all the COVID guidelines. He also explained what needed to be done and costs and completed the job and then reviewed it. I wish all service companies had this type of service. The service was to put new springs and wheels, etc and the garage door is so quiet now.

I just used Precision for the second time, and was extremely happy both times. Unfortunately, my car rolled into the door and destroyed it. Tammy, the estimator, who is lovely, spent a great deal of time figuring out that they could replace three of the four panels and straighten the frame, saving me about $300. She said the cost of an new door was $1300. I got a second estimate just to be sure. The estimator came he spent five minutes here and I got a quote of $1500 for a new door. The technicians who came were really pleasant and very meticulous. You can't go wrong with Precision.

I never write reviews but Precision Door deserved one! The service was outstanding. I called on the phone and was able to talk to a person who set up my appointment immediately. The repairmen contacted me to let me know their estimated time of arrival. They arrived promptly and were professional and pleasant. They spent time describing the workings of my garage door and how they would repair it. I highly recommend PD!

I highly recommend Precision Door. My car was stuck in the garage on a Sunday and they came within in a few hours to get it out. They came back later to replace a spring, tracks and the wood that holds the the tracks. The outcome was excellent and the job was done right. I was able to text with the manager Vince for updates, etc. He saw the project through to make sure everything was done to perfection. Thank you!

Brian was an ultimate professional who took the time to explain in detail to me what was wrong and what he proposed to do to correct it. When the work was completed, he had me operate the door and explained to me what I should do regarding maintaining the hinges. I need a whole new system for the second garage door and will arrange for that to be done in the Spring of 2019. I want him to do the job.
