Precision Door exceeded expectations. Quick response from your friendly staff to arrange a checkup for our garage door. They emailed a brief video of what the customer can expect. Tech Chris Karnacewicz was exceptional. He greeted me, asked what he could do to help, worked to insure the door was in perfect order... oiled tracks, checked windows, replaced cables starting to fray and overhead lights. Thank you!

I would like to sincerely thank Ryan Patrick Murphy (our technician) for his excellent customer service, incredible attention to detail and scheduling timeframes, his COVID precautions were the best of any professional service that has been to our home this year, and he took the time to explain all the repairs and give me tips on how to properly care for our garage doors. Although I did feel the costs were on the higher end, I would pay for this quality of service over and over again. My mother has utilized Precision in Florida and she also had great things to say.

Chris was AWESOME! He called first thing in the morning to let me know he had one stop before me. Then called again when he was 30 minutes out. He gave me all my options and was transparent about everything. I have used the service in the past and now won’t use anyone else. I highly recommend the company and Chris.

Matt was so professional and fixed our problem right away. In addition he called me twice - once to tell me he would be arriving towards the later end of my 4 hour window, and again to tell me he was 15 min away. You can tell he takes his work seriously and he is very good at what he does. I would recommend him without hesitation!
