We have used Precision for over 12 years and we give them the highest rating. over the years we had to replace our two garage door opener systems. Both were done expertly. Recently, one of the doors started making some unusual sounds. Precision sent out Xavi who arrived on time and immediately diagnosed and fixed the problem with no charge. My garage door wouldn't stay closed; and if using the cord to close it, when wanting to open it to get my car out it wouldn't open high enough to do that. I heard the sound of the motor trying to work. When the door closed it made a banging sound. I heard the motor trying to work. I called. Overhead Precision Door Service late yesterday afternoon and was able to have a technician come in to fix the garage door which seemed to need alot of repairs because it was 30 years old. The person on the phone were very courteous and scheduled the repair this morning at the time that I requested. The technician was excellent. He arrived on time and did a great job on my garage door. I now have a wi-fi with LED Lights on my garage. Therefore, an app. was stored on my phone which will allow me to open and close the garage door by using my phone. The phone will alert me if the door is open. In addition I have 2 remotes to operate the garage. I highly recommend this group. The best part is they are available 24/7. A relative of mine recommended this group to me. I am very pleased with the company, the technician, and the service.

When I initially damaged my garage door four years ago, I searched the Internet for reliable, experienced professionals. I decided on Precision because of their many, favorable reviews. I was not wrong. Their technician then was well trained and professional. Today, I had a technician (John) come out to replace the weather strip that fell off the bottom of my garage door. He was just as professional, honest and efficient. The safety protocols Precision uses for identifying the technicians they dispatch are also a true plus. Likewise, the precautions John followed (mask, distancing and gloves) due to the current concerns with Covid, were reassuring. I will continue to rely upon Precision in the future, for any garage door issues.
