I’ve have used Precision Door in the past. They have always had excellent service and fair pricing, especially in today’s economic world. The service was great by Tom. although that my tech did a great job and he had no responsibility for the cost of what I do know the parts were under $100 and it cost me $660 and I would do this myself but to old and a shoulder injury which made it impossible for me to do this job but as a retired person their was no consideration and I would hope that this company would just give me a little bit back I paid what I was asked but we are senior citizens and I'm so sorry that I can't do what I used to do but in this day what is going on I can't believe that you would take advantage of seniors.

The young man you sent could not have been nicer, and his work was excellent. HOWEVER, I feel like I was fleeced and I told him so. The $700 cost was twice what I paid for a brand new state of the art door opener just 4 years ago. I did not have the time or patience to call another company, but you can bet I will do so when the next opener breaks.

Outstanding performance. Guys called to let me know when they'd be there, they arrived on time, provided an honest assessment of doors and parts, provided an estimate with zero pressure to purchase anything, described the job and told me how long it would take and delivered as promised!!! I'll have them back soon to take care of the other doors. It's as if they're brand new when finished.

Kyle and his team removed the old garage doors and associated pullies/tracks, etc. The installation of the 2 new doors was perfect! The cleanup of the old doors and related material was spotless. I couldn't be happier with Michael's service call today. I had called another garage door company a few weeks ago to replace a missing remote, and by the time they left, they had quoted me over $900 as they said that my remote was not compatible with the current system which would need replacing. When Michael came this morning, he had the new remote ready to go in a few minutes, and did a maintenance review of all the door parts. He tightened a few nuts and bolts, lubricated some door parts, and told me my current garage door was fine. As I had suspected, the earlier company was trying to upsell their services to a ridiculous degree, and I truly appreciated Michael's competence and honesty. Within the hour, I told another friend about my experience, and will certainly continue to do so.

5 stars hands down! Both George M and Marc M were awesome!!! Installed 2 brand new lift masters, were fast and very professional. Great team work! Great personalities. Took their time to show both my wife and I step by step on how to use our new garage openers, programmed them, and they cleaned up everything. Awesome job. Will definitely recommend to all my family and friends, especially George and Marc!!!
