We have used Precision for repairs many times so when it came time to replace our garage door we stayed with Precision. Matt Cenci was here to do the repair and gave me very good information. After visiting CHI to see similar doors I still had some questions and Luigi Fusaro came here. He was prompt and courteous and patiently resolved all of my questions. He really made me feel comfortable in making this purchase. I would highly recommend him and Precision.

Your ad said guaranteed 4 hour repair on normal business day. Called Thursday night and was told next available appointment was Tuesday. Let my displeasure be known. Received call, would be squeezed in on Friday which was fine. Chris was nothing short of superb. Extremely professional, knowledgeable, and polite. Clearly explained all work that needed be done, then went about it efficiently. Trainee Tim fully followed Chris' instructions. Based upon Chris' excellent service, Precision has a new customer should I need another garage door repair.

I was very pleased with the service. Your tech Brian called twice to keep me informed of his E.T.A. even though it was within the promised timeframe. He quickly analyzed the problem and gave me options — no high-pressure sales tactics. The work was performed efficiently and, with his assistant Luigi, he made sure I knew how to operate my new garage door lift. I am very happy with the service I received.

Yes you met my expectations. I hope you know who came as he was polite, pleasant and helpful. He was able to key my car to opening the garage door. He adjusted the garage doors and did resolved the issue with my clicker. I needed a new one which I purchased. If something were to go wrong with garage doors, I would call on you again for service.
