I reported a problem with one of my garage door openers to Precision Door Service of Northern NJ and they sent Louis Rowek the next day. I soon recognized Louis is an expert in every component of garage door systems. I explained the problem and he identified the cause immediately. He repaired it promptly and took the time to inspect the motor and lubricate the tracks. Louis is very professional and personable. He knows what he is doing and is an excellent representative of his company. I only use Precision Doors for my houses and they will continue to be the only company I will call for installation and service.

Glen is competent, courteous and effective. He found the problem quickly and repaired it. For this repair and my original installation, I found both Glen and John over-the-top excellent. Precision is lucky to have them. I love my door openers and have already recommended them to my son, who is building a new house. It is not often that service providers exceed your expectations, but Precision does.

What a rip off! Way too expensive. Technician had to come back a second time to repair door with an additional charge. I would not recommend this company. I would leave no stara- but I couldn’t.

Ryan and Bryan did a fantastic job for me. They came and rebuilt my garage door opener the same day, and it had to be modified.to fit, but they did it in a few hours so I could close my garage. I swear my garage looks cleaner now than before. Wish I could give them a higher rating than 5. They certainly deserve it. Great workers!!!

That was so nice. Kevin called at 8:50 am, arrived at 9:10 am (when I said OK) - arrived in uniform, masked and gloved in a Precision Truck. He looked inside out old (non-working) garage door unit and told us the cause (celanoid?) Gave us a choice of prices with specs within 20 minutes of arriving. We chose the mid-grade for the motion detector "lights on" feature and it was installed and running in no time. He securely assisted me in learning how to set the passcode, we tested the unit - paid and he was off. Terrific - wish all contractors were so efficient! Bravo Kevin, and Precision!
