We needed one day service because we were selling the house the day the opener broke. We got one day service and the repair person came on time and finished the job quickly. However the buyers said there was a problem. We weren’t there so we’re not sure what happened. When we spoke with the repair man he thought maybe they were trying to use the old remotes. But he said he was done for the day (at 2:30 pm on Friday) and off for the weekend so he couldn’t go back until Monday.

You exceeded our expectations. We called for service because the garage squeaked a little and wouldn't open from the inside pad. The service tech was here the same day. He was extremely professional, friendly, knowledgeable, clean and neat and called to let us know his estimated time of arrival. Since our unit was 10+ years old, we ended up purchasing a new garage door opener, with pad/remotes. I would definitely recommend you and the service tech. In this day and age where it seems customer service is lacking you company definitely gets a 5 from us. Thank you!

I called yesterday to have the weather stripping on the bottom of the door replaced and an appointment was schedule for today between 8-12. Luke called me this AM, was on time, polite and professional. He had the work done in about an hour. The job was perfect and I am very satisfied. In the future if I need any work done I will call again and request that Luke come and do the work.

Chris was the tech and he was polite, knowledgable and informative. He did a great job replacing my garage door opener and explaining why it had to be replaced or fixed ( gave me all options) and also gave me info on how to maintain the door opener. He was neat and cleaned up well when he was finished and explained all the options and how to use them.
