Replaced rollers and pulleys over 20 years old to make door open smoother and quieter. Excellent repair technician- Charlie was very helpful and meticulous insuring job was done right. Only concern was price options offered were extremely high and unaffordable for retired seniors on limited fixed income. However, we were able to come to an agreement on partial parts repair that made the garage door functional and affordable. Highly recommend Precision Garage Door for expertise and knowledgeable service.

A few years back, my so had Precision install two new garage doors he was extremely pleased with the installation I contacted precision on line and was able to schedule repair work to my garage door for the. Ext day, Sunday morning. Alan arrived at approximately 10:30 am and after a few hours he had all the movable replaced and the door working better than new. He was very professional and knowledgeable in the work he was doing - he had all the parts required to repair the damage in his vehicle. I would not hesitate to use Precision again and would highly recommend them to others.
