Excellent service technician. Upon arrival he promptly examined the various components and explained their condition. Then quoted a price to fix all. The power opener is top notch and very impressive. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door.

What an easy experience! Lou who did our quote was awesome kind and professional. The installers where also amazing! The only part that was unsatisfactory was my interaction with client service Rep Lindsay O'Brien. She calls in rapid succession during the hours I work, leaving no voicemails (although sounds like my box may be full) followed by emails about me not answering multiple times but not giving me a number to call back on. I understand I needed to correct my mistake however the expectation that if she calls me "multiple times" in a 2minute time frame I will answer is unrealistic and the email she sent today was Somewhat curt. If she wanted a call back yesterday she should've included the number to call in her email or the time she was planning on calling today rather than expecting me to answer an unrecognized number while at work.
