Same day service and pictures of techs who would be coming. Eric was very polite, competent, pleasant, and hard working. He introduced himself with a nice smile and a handshake as he came down the driveway. His explanation of what was needed and the cost involved was very clear. He worked steadily yet not rushed. He knew just what he was doing and obviously enjoyed his work. He was very polite and easy to talk with. He is definitely an asset to your company. I would call you for any problems I should have with the door in the future. Five star rating!!

Brian Birchler came by to repair our garage door. He did an outstanding job. First, he called twice to provide us time in which he was going to be at the house (which you typically do not get). Second, he was very friendly and courteous. Next, he explained in detail exactly what was wrong, showing me what was wrong and what he would do to fix it and then he showed me the end result which was very satisfactory. I am extremely please with his service. Though it was more than I expected to pay, the customer service provided by Brian was as good as it can get. This is definitely a 5 star experience.
