Everything went well with the installation of my new Lift Master Garage Door Opener. It is so quiet that I don't even know that the door is opening and closing. THEY WERE COURTEOUS; INTRODUCED THEMSELVES; EXPLAINED THE PROBLEM AS THEY THOUGHT IT MIGHT BE; EXPLAINED THE POSSIBLE PROBLEMS DUE TO THE AGE OF THE GARAGE DOORS. You folks are really GREAT!!! You should be a model for what customer service is all about. I've been using your company for many years and have never been dissatisfied in the least. No long delays when calling you, no long auto-attendant queues, always courteous and helpful phone personnel. You confirm everything multiple ways like email and texts, you send pictures of your service staff, they call you in advance and are very helpful and efficient. Thei last time Sean did a super job but I'm sure he's just one of your great employees.

After having an initial service call a few weeks ago we began to have a noise during the opening/closing process due to am issue with the top most wheel on the left side. We had a tech come out a about a week or two after the initial call and the tech was unable to resolve the issue. Today's tech John was able to see the issue and determined a solution to the problem. John was quick and appears to have resolved the issue caused by the initial service.

I am very pleased and satisfied with my experience, from the initial call requesting service through the service today. The technician called with an initial time arrival estimate and came exactly on time, was polite, professional and explained what the problem was after doing his diagnostics. The truck was clean and well maintained. The technician went over his finding of what the problem was, provided a timeline of how long it would take to replace the defective unit along with the cost of the repair. The job was completed on time, the technician cleaned up nicely and our new unit works perfectly. We would definitely recommend this company and technician to anyone. Quick service response and service done as promised at a reasonable price.

We had a bad experience with getting our garage door opener fixed. I called Precision and the receptionist not only set up an appointment, she tried to get an appointment that same day !! The representative came the following morning texting us he would be arriving a few minutes before the time scheduled, took his time explaining everything and very knowledgeable about remotes,etc. After our other ordeal we felt very pleased the entire experience.
