Lou called ahead and arrived on time to assist us with the selection/installation of a new garage door. He thoroughly explained all of the options and potential difficulties with our garage. All the time he focused on our needs and preferences and figured out a workable solution. At no time did I get the impression that he was "pushing" any sale; he was working hard to satisfy us. Expected time of installation is 3 to 5 weeks. I am confident that will go smoothly and professionally as have all our dealings with Precision.

Great service all around! I called about 10:00 pm on Tuesday evening for the sensor wires that had been damaged in the process of installing a new roof on my garage. By 2:30 pm the next day it was all taken care of. The service tech Kevin was very prompt and courteous and explained everything in great detail. I am a loyal customer!
