Chris Karnacewicz was our technician and did a wonderful job. Chris called me when he got to his stop prior to my house with a time frame he would be arriving, which was accurate. Chris listened to the reason why I called Precision, took at detailed look at my issue and provided me with my options. Chris was extremely polite and never pressured me on the decision to make. After Chris installed my new garage door opener he took his time to explain the features of the opener and answered any questions I had.

Ferdinand came thoroughly prepared with mask and gloves to check our damaged garage door openers and found that the electronics were burned out. He made recommendations on how to proceed and we took his advice and purchased 2 New Lift-Master openers. He then began the process of removing the old devices and installing the new ones. He did a thorough job and explained all of the details related to these new products and allowed us to key in our combinations for the doors. Before he left he sanitized the remote openers and everything that he had touched. Precision has taken great care to ensure the safety of the homeowners and Ferdinand complied with their directives and di an excellent job. I strongly recommend the Precision Company and particularly the work of Ferdinand as their A+ serviceman.

Your tech was little lowed and basically he saying you have to buy new motor. he installed a key pad which was not working. He took it down It was a horrible experience .He spent 10 minuets charge me for service and left.
