Thomas Sackman was a pleasure to do business with. Thoroughly inspected the damage, gave several informed repair choices depending on what I'd like to spend and was honest about possible future repairs needed if the entire door was not replaced soon due to it's old age. He was on time, and efficient making repairs. I was very happy with this company's entire process from booking, tracking driver, repairs and billing. Easily could recommend to family and friends.

Can't say enough how wonderful my experience with Precision was. Starting with the phone conversation with Sarah. We were less then 24 hrs from closing on my father's house and Sarah got a tech out to us within an hour of our conversation. She was so polite and professional on the phone. Then the techs (Lou and Chris) that should up WOW! Again so professional, dressed in clean uniforms and extremely polite. Explaining everything they were doing and why. They completed the job in a timely manor and cleaned up when they were done. Again thank you for all your help and you truly deserve a 5 star rating as far as I'm concerned

I give you a 5 Star rating. Glenn G, fully explained everything to me. He noted that my garage door DID NOT have emergency safety cables, and how lucky I was not to have sustained any property, or personal damage when the spring broke or at any other time. Needless to say, I had the cables put in, along with new springs/rollers/pulleys. Glenn also fixed the light bulb mounts in the opener, so I am no longer in the dark! He was on time, friendly and courteous. Plus, a good sense of humor, I had him laughing throughout the repair. I will HIGHLY RECOMMEND your company in the future to EVERYONE!
