I have two Garage doors and the larger door would not open in Friday 2/7/25. I called Precision Friday Afternoon and Dustin came out within 2 hours and discovered the motor and springs needed to be replaced. The following Monday I was informed they would not be out until Wednesday before I could get my car out of the garage. Wednesday morning at 9AM River and Joseph show up with the motor for the large garage door and springs for both. After checking the system I was informed it would be advisable to replace BOTH Motors. So that became the plan and they were able to get the second motor the same day. Unfortunately they had the wrong springs on the smaller door but as the larger door was completely fixed I was ABLE TO GET MY CAR OUT! The VERY NET MORNING I received a call hey would be out with the correct springs around 10AM. Due to the rain they were there before 11AM and had it all fixed by 1:10PM.

Always on time, friendly and very fair. Fixed what was broken in a timely manner. I have used them before and I’m always pleased with the repair.

I scheduled Precision to come and look at my opener that had quit working. I scheduled online , no service call fee was a big plus for me. Shaun arrived in the allotted time I chose,10-2 and was onsite by 11am. He called when he was 15 minutes away which was very helpful. After attempting to find the issue for repair it was determined that repairing was not going to be possible. My opener was installed in 2006. Shaun gave me my options, no pressure at all. 2 hrs later our new opener is working. I highly recommend Precision. We live in Land O Lakes and I always try to use local companies. You will not be disappointed. Thank you for the fast service and the quality work you provided.

Precision Garage installed 3 new garage doors for me last year. they did a terrific job. The technicians were excellent and very polite to work with. After experiencing flood damage I had electrical and panel issues. The technician was John Duff. He arrived on time and explained each part of the necessary repairs. He then fixed all the parts he could and set up an appointment for the panel people to come out. He was very knowledgeable and more than competent. Would recommend the company and John for everyone.

Know there are options for this type service. However, I highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service. They removed the old door and installed a new one to include new rails and spring. They were timely and very professional. Highly Recommend them any garage service needed!

I had a problem with my garage door and the sensor light was red so I called Precision. The technician came and he was very knowledgeable and a very nice person and he explained to me what happened. I will continue to call Precision if I ever have another problem with the garage door. I was very happy with the result.

Mr.Shane, the technician, was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Great visit, your tech Charles is the best of the best. He is very knowledgeable and covered all aspects of my door. He explained the areas needing attention. My door was manufactured in 2001 and the panels are starting to separate. I chose not to wait for them to completely fail and scheduled the replacement. He also diagnosed the battery/spring retention/bottom insulation. All the door hardware is good. Thank you Charles/Precision for a great inspection.

A quick response to a problem with the door opening by itself. Anthony came that day, was excellent at communicating what the problem was, was honest about the price, listened to what I wanted done and didn’t try to sell me things that I didn’t need. The Precision Garage Door technician called before he came out to let me know he was on his way the same day I called Precision for help. I called other service companies and each was more expensive than the final cost of my service. Each charged a fee to come out except Precision. When Glen Lemp arrived he was neat, clean, very kind and friendly. Within minutes he found multiple problems with the door which made intense noise when operating and would stop half way up/down. He went over every part and repaired or adjusted the springs, cables, hinges,opener; everything. He was knowledgeable,informative and I actually enjoyed his visit as he allowed me to watch him resolve issues and explained his work. When he was finished the door opened and closed quietly and smoothly and I was very happy.

I was looking for a company that was close to our business. The had phone numbers close to where we are. So, glad they do, Our door was fixed so fast and it is so much better than when it was brand new.

I had an weekend emergency issue when the spring coil broke leaving the garage door in an slightly open position. We booked an appointment online, received an immediate response and follow-ups. The service technician, Brian, arrived within the scheduled time allocated, assessed the situation, talked me through the process and options available. He completed the work in a timely manner to my satisfaction. Very pleased with Precision and Brian.

Precision is a reputable company however after my recent experience, I feel that Precision only wants to make money by selling me items I may not have needed. I just had quite a bit of work done and when I had to call back with a minor problem, the technician gave me prices on replacing certain elements without actually looking at the problem. (Red light on door blinking continuously) I took a paper towel and wiped off the lens and the light stopped blinking. I don’t believe the technician took his hands out of his pockets. I’m very disappointed that Precision has lowered themselves to this level.

I chose Precision Door because of their reputation, quick response and BBB rating. Each time they showed up, the techs were very professional and treated me like a loyal customer.

I paid $69 to have a guy come out on Sunday February 9, to replace broken springs. His first estimate was $1902 for springs, bearings, rollers, cable and housing. I told him I want the springs replaced so the next estimate was $971 for springs and bearings ( Amazon two springs are under $100 and three steel bearings are $15) I told the guy it was too high based on past experiences, he said prices everywhere have gone up and its my safety he is concerned about. In the end, I said no thanks! I checked around the next day and had a repair company come right away and do it for $380. In my mind the Precision repair man was trying to steal money from me and if I didn’t have some knowledge, I would have been his next sucker! Do your homework and check around when calling for repairs and never use Precision!

I contacted Precision to schedule an appointment for a broken garage door spring. The technician who came to inspect the door spent about 30-40 minutes evaluating it. He informed me that the door was not in good condition and recommended a complete replacement, quoting a cost of $5,000 to $6,000. When I requested that only the broken spring be replaced, he quoted $1,100 for the job and mentioned there would be no guarantee after the replacement. Given that my garage door was installed by the builder and is the same as the doors in all 550 homes in our community, I found this quote to be quite high. I decided to seek a second opinion and found another technician who replaced the springs for $375 and provided a two-year guarantee. I wanted to bring this to your attention as I believe it is important for your team to be aware of customer experiences and the competitive market rates. I hope this feedback helps improve your service and pricing strategies.

Your tv ad was what caught my eye, and every part of the process seemed to hold true to that. From the initial visit with John who explained everything ,to the two Matts who did the install, all was happily as expected. Nice to do busness with a professional and upright company.

Spring on my overhead garage door broke on Monday morning and called Precision. They sent a technician out that afternoon and he finished the repair about an hour later. While he was replacing the spring he recommended that also make a couple other small repairs which I agreed to. I was very happy with the work my technician, Chainey, provided. I needed to quickly replace a 16' 'garage door that was damaged beyond repair. I had a bid from a company I had used before but a timely install wasn't as 'soon' as I hoped. Searching providers over the weekend, Precision Doors alone promptly returned my call and proposed to visit the next morning. Led by 'Ryan', their team arrived on time, evaluated my disaster, then offered and fully explained solutions without gimmicks or sales pressure. Although priced slightly higher than the other bid, after some thought, I chose Precision Doors. Cost is important. But it wasn't about just the cost. I was quite impressed with the team's style, presentation, dress, communication, openness, professionalism, description of services, warranty, choices in quality materials, gear and parts. After making a supply run, they removed the old and installed a new TWI inspected, windstorm certified garage door: new tracks, rollers, tension spring, lift wheels, cables, track guide rollers, connectors, struts, etc.- everything. Cleaning up and loading the old, they were done by 5:30pm. With 45 years of living in six different states and seven homes, I've seen the installation, operation, durability and failures in the life of a variety of garage doors. I highly recommend Precision Doors. Precision Doors confidently, knowledgeably and whole heartedly earns my first and only 5-star endorsement.
