The technician was very informative and very kind. The spring to the garage door snapped due to high use. This is a repetitive issue because of the constant use and we are very knowledged when this happens and what to do about it. We generally use another 'local' contractor but it was a Saturday and no availability. The technician wasn't able to repair our broken spring because he said he wasn't comfortable. Instead he provided a invoice for a new garage door and told us that we needed one along with the hardware because of many issues, however, the spring was the main issue and he didn't repair it based on overall what was needed. My vehicle remained in the garage because the door wasn't functioning, therefore, we reached out to another company the next day. That contractor came and fixed the spring (ordered the part) first thing Monday morning with no problems or issues.
