I am extremely pleased with the service provided by Ryan Patrick Murphy from Precision Doors NJ. Both of my garage doors were not operating smoothly. I was under the impression that the door panels or the motors needed to be replaced since there was a small dent on my door, however, Ryan took the time to troubleshoot the root cause of the problems and explained to me what the actual problem was and kept my costs very low. The fix turned out to be a lot simpler. The cost was also a lot lesser than what I expected. I totally appreciate Ryan for his expertise and understanding my need to keep the costs low and recommending only what was needed to get the problem taken care of instead of needlessly spending additional money. Ryan was also very professional, courteous, and accommodating. I had requested for an early appointment and Ryan showed up earlier than my actual appointment time and communicated that before showing up. I really appreciate Ryan and the phone receptionist at Precision Doors for accommodating my request. I totally recommend Precision Doors to anyone looking for professional, affordable, and knowledgeable technicians for any garage door related repairs or installs.
